In case, you feel our jewelry has any manufacturing defect, kindly call us/email us to send it back for inspection. We will inspect the jewelry with utmost precision and will inform you of our decision.

To ensure that the jewelry and its beauty lasts a lifetime, it needs constant checks and maintenance. In case you feel that the jewelry has a Gemstone/diamonds loose, has lost its perfect finish of rhodium plating or just needs a cleaning, feel free to contact us. We would maintain it for you, free.

To ensure, we extend these services to you, kindly make sure to send the jewelry to us for repair or resizing. If it is done by any other jeweler except us, we consider the Lifetime warranty services offered by us as void.

In case, its damaged because of wear and tear, abrasion or chemicals we will let you know about the costs of repair (if applicable) after evaluation.
